Our decaf coffees are naturally decaffeinated using either the Swiss Water Process or Mountain Water Process. That means no chemicals, no weird aftertaste — just proper coffee without the caffeine.

If there’s an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or faulty), get in touch and we’ll sort it. Because coffee is a consumable product, we can’t accept returns on opened items unless there’s a problem.

Keep your coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Please don’t put it in the fridge — coffee has boundaries.
